Pley Cookie Policy

Pley AB, reg. no 559074-0659 ("Pley", "we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and tokens (jointly "Cookies") on our website (https://www.pley.com) (the "Platform"), in order to optimize the functionality and user experience of the Platform by for example distinguishing different users. The Cookies on the Platform do not contain personally identifiable data, but they enable us to remember your web browser in order for us to adapt the Platform to your needs and preferences. The Cookies being used on our Platform are intended to give web browsers access to various functions and services in order to improve the Platform's general functionality.

2. About cookies and tokens

There are two types of cookies and the Platform uses both types to optimize your experience of the Platform. The types of cookies are the following:

We also use so-called tokens, which contains information about the device through which you are accessing our Platform. The information contains a digital signature used to identify your device. Pley uses tokens in order to optimize the user experience for users on the Platform.

According to the Swedish Electronic Communication Act (Sw. lagen om elektronisk kommunikation) anyone who visits a website must be informed that such website contains Cookies, what the Cookies are used for and how to avoid them. Visitors to such a website must also leave their consent to the use of Cookies.

This Cookie Policy aims to fulfill our obligations in accordance with the above and consent to the use of Cookies is explicitly given by you when visiting the Platform.

The Platform may contain embedded content and sharing tools from third parties, which may place Cookies on the Platform, i.e. third-party cookies. We use third party cookies in order for us to evaluate and improve the marketing of our services.
