In addition to the aforesaid, we also collect and process submitted content and other information or documentation, which our Users may submit and publish on the Platform via the User Account when using the Service and communicating with other Users therein.

We process personal data for the purposes of administering and performing our Service, managing User relationships, communicate with you, analyse web traffic and keep track of User behaviour, complying with legal obligations, for tax and accounting purposes, improving the Services, recruiting new team members, sending newsletters, marketing our Service and to use social features.
Personal data which is processed by us is either directly provided by you in connection with registration of a User Account, submitted by you when using the Service or automatically collected by us through your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for any personal data obtained from a third party, which is published or shared by you via your User Account. You shall also be able to confirm that you have such third party's consent to provide such personal data to us via the User Account.

You may unsubscribe from newsletters or similar communication at any time. In such event we will no longer store or process the personal data for such purposes.
Processing of personal data, which is based on provided consent in accordance with Section 3.1 above, may be stored and processed by us until the data subject withdraw their consent thereto. To withdraw their consent and request their personal data deletion, the data subject must contact privacy@pley.com from the email address used to create their user account. Requests will be in accordance with Section 6 below.
Pley is the data controller for the processing of your personal data, and as a data subject you have certain rights as regards to your personal data. The rights are however not absolute, meaning that there are exceptions to some of the rights where we cannot proceed and fulfill your request.

Our Service are directed to users being eighteen (18) years or older. However, children being thirteen (13) years and older may receive access to our Service as Guest Users only. However, in order to register for a User Account and get full access to our Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years or older. We do not and will not knowingly collect information from any unsupervised person under the age of thirteen (13).

Pley has the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without giving the User prior notice of such change.
